JASON TOLERICO

             Professor Jason Tolerico, founder of One-Timers has passed the bar exam in California, Nevada, Arizona, New York, and Colorado. All on his first attempt. His latest MBE score was an unprecedented 180. He is a professor at Irvine University College of Law in California teaching Wills, Uniform Commercial Code and Criminal Law. He also maintains an office in Nevada but seldom practices Criminal Law as his dedication is focused on One-Timers. Jason Tolerico received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California. He later attended Whittier Law School where he was graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate degree. He received CALI Awards in Wills, Entertainment Law and Legal Writing Skills. While in school, he participated in several Moot Court trials throughout the state with his Trial Advocacy colleagues in competition against law schools from Southern California. He was a Student Body Representative as well as an intricate part of a committee that worked side by side with the Dean dedicated to improving the school’s Bar Passage rate.

ROB TAULER


         As a consultant for One-Timers, Rob Tauler is an integral part of its business team. Additionally, Rob assists in course development and essay grading for One-Timers. Rob has years of experience in test prep as an instructor for Testmasters, the nation's third largest LSAT prep company. 
        
         Rob is a member of the California bar and practices law in Santa Monica, California, focusing his practice on commercial litigation.  Rob is also co-founder of Tavius Consulting, providing negotiation training and consulting services to businesses and non-profits. Rob received his B.A. in political science, with honors at the Univeristy of California, Irvine and received his J.D. from the Harvard Law School.

 

 DAN X. NGUYEN

        Dan Nguyen was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005 upon successful completion of the California Bar Exam on his first attempt. A graduate of Whittier College and Whittier Law School, he was awarded the John Greenleaf Academic Scholarship, Whittier Law School General Scholarship, Whittier Law School Merit Scholarship, and the Frank M. Doyle Foundation, Inc. Scholarship. Dan was the Executive Editor of the Whittier Journal of Child & Family Advocacy, Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper The Zealous Advocate, Vice-Chair of the Whittier Law School chapter of the Vietnamese American Student Bar Association, and Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

       Dan has his own practice in Fountain Valley, California focusing on business, real estate, and estate planning law (www.dxnguyen.com) and is also a licensed California real estate broker.

       Dan joined One-Timers in the Fall of 2009, and his sample answer to the July 2009 Performance Test A was published by the Daily Journal in November 2009.
